We talk about your work, your customers and what the website should do. You then receive a written quote with the scope, the price and the recurring costs.

You approve and make the first payment.
We only start after you approve the quote.

We design and build, you review.
You review the design and give feedback before we build further.

We test, you approve and we launch.
We check the website on mobile and desktop. After your final approval we put it online.
Pay in three milestones
Where agreed, you pay for the project in three equal parts, linked to progress:
- 1/3when you sign the quote
- 1/3after you approve the design
- 1/3at final acceptance, before launch
This is not financing and not a monthly payment.
Step 1 takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.

A one-time build. Recurring costs kept separate and visible.
The package price covers designing and building your website. Anything that recurs monthly or yearly is paid separately, usually directly to the provider. Unless your quote explicitly says otherwise, these costs are not part of the build price or maintenance.
Always part of the build
- A secure connection (SSL/https) and a secure launch
- The source code in a repository, with documented steps to redeploy the website
- On cancellation or transfer, accounts and source code are handed over as set out in the agreement

- Monthly test of the agreed quote or booking process and its connection to the provider

Good to know
- Content changes are not part of maintenance. New text or photos, extra pages, form changes, a redesign or marketing and SEO campaigns are done on a separate quote.
- Unused minutes do not roll over. Work beyond the monthly allowance only happens after your approval.
- Defects covered by an agreed build warranty are fixed under that warranty, not with your maintenance minutes.
- Support is by email on business days. Response times are targets: there is no guaranteed repair deadline and no 24/7 coverage.
- We investigate outages at other providers, but cannot promise to fix them ourselves.
- We only promise backups and restores when they are set up and documented. Nobody can guarantee zero data loss.
- Cancellation, support hours, billing and scope are set out in the agreement.

What does a website cost?
A professional website starts at €1,800 excl. VAT, a website with a customer workflow at €3,000 excl. VAT. The final price depends on what you need. After a conversation you receive a written quote stating what is and isn’t included.
What is the difference between the two packages?
Package 1 is a complete website with your services, projects and contact options. With package 2 we also set up a quote, consultation or booking process that fits how you work with customers. A standard contact form or booking link is already part of package 1.
Are hosting and a domain name included?
No, unless your quote explicitly says so. Domain, hosting, business email and subscriptions with other providers are paid separately, preferably through accounts in your own name. We help you choose and set them up.
Is maintenance required?
No. Maintenance is optional and separate from hosting. Without a maintenance plan you can also hire us per job, based on a quote.
Can I edit text and photos myself?
By default we make changes for you, based on a quote. If you want to edit things regularly yourself, we can set up a content management system (CMS). This is offered separately; any subscription is at your expense.
Do you write the copy too?
Yes, as an extra with its own price. You can also supply your own text; we make sure it works well on the pages.
My budget is below €1,800. Can I still apply?
Yes. Fill in your budget honestly. We will look at what is feasible or what a good first step would be.
How long until my website is online?
That depends on the scope and on how quickly text and photos are ready. The quote includes a schedule we agree on together.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
Domain, hosting and other accounts are preferably in your name; we get the access we need. Who pays for what and what happens on cancellation or transfer is set out in the agreement.
